OCR Text CURB STOCKS SAG AS MART WAVERS NEW YORK. Aug. 18 (.Pi Curb stocks sagged Thursday with declines de-clines from fractions to around 2S points, paralleling a similar trend in stock exchange dealings. Oils, utilities, metals and mining shares joined the recession. Trading Trad-ing sma.u. Newmont Mines was off I', points at one time. Lower also were Hecla Mining, Hudson Bay Mining, Eagle Picher, Consolidated Copper and New Jersey Zinc. Down among the industrial were Aluminum Company of America. American Cyanamid "B," St. Regis Paper, Pan-American Airways, Cord corporation and Technicolor. Fisk Rubber and Translux gained fractions.
