Show LEADERS NAMED BHAHHIOARD1 The stats fair board functioned under new leadership Thursday, following the election at the capitol lata Wednesday of A. G. Mackensie of Salt Lake City to succeed the late William C. Winder as president. presi-dent. The trr-V --"T"''1"" '" Included the election of Charles H. Smith of Centerville as first vice president, succeeding Mr. Mackensie, Macken-sie, and of J. Ray Hinchcliff of Ogden, succeeding Mr. Smith as second sec-ond vice president The three officers, with George S. McAllister and William J. Cowan, both of Salt Lake City, will constitute consti-tute the executive committee of the board. The board adopted a resolution expressing appreciation of Mr. Winder's Win-der's long service in behalf of the stat fair and voted to add a portrait por-trait of the late president to its art collection at the capitoL A committee, com-mittee, including George Winder, son of the deceased fair official, was appointed to arrange for the painting of the portrait. George Winder filled bis father's post on the board. |
