OCR Text	Show J. H. REESE NAMED REGION LIQUOR HEAD J. H. Reese, Bear River, Thursday Thurs-day was appointed enforcement chief for the state liquor control commission in the commission's first district, comprising Cache, Box Elder and Rich counties. In announcing the appointment, the third district chief to be named. J. Wallace West, chief of the enforcement en-forcement division of the commission, commis-sion, said that Mr. Reese had been in that territory for more than year and knows the work. Before chiefs for the other districts dis-tricts are appointed. Mr. West said, the new enforcement policy will be allowed a period of experimental operation. Rulon Pendleton, Cedar City, has been named as chief for the sixth district, and Wendell Peterson, Pe-terson, Ferron, for the seventh district
