Tax Levy Imposed To Build 2 Sewers The city commission Thursday passed an ordinance levying a tax and assessing property in sewer district No. 1 for construction of a sewer on Sunnyslde avenue between Twentieth East and Twenty-second East streets and on Connor street 'from Sunnyslde avenue to Ninth South street. The tax is to raise $4S8T.M at the rate of $1.48 per front foot of abutting abut-ting property for half rata and $2.96 for full rate. The ordinance was passed on motion of Commissioner John M. Matheson.
