OCR Text CITY IS THREATENED WITH WATER ACTION F. Henri Henroid, attorney, Thursday notified the city commission commis-sion be had been retained to start lefal action against tha city to recover re-cover damagee resulting- from alleged al-leged loss of water at tha Jensen home, 2730 Highland drive. Springs serving tha borne dried up as result of a sewer project, the attorney Informed the commission, saying that the property had been homesteaded because of the value of natural springs. He said the city had assessed special spe-cial improvement taxes against his clients, Mrs. Melvina J. Sheets and H. A. Jensen, who were willing to compromise their claim if an agreement agree-ment could be worked out Tha case waa referred to the de partmenta of public affairs and finance, fi-nance, and streets and public improvements.
