Lewie for the death July t of Robert Uf fens, eon of Mr. and Mrs. William Uffens. in a vacant house at 418 Vadner court. The complaint allege MrLewto was negligent in leaving -a window of the house unlocked, as well as in not placing guards or a watchman watch-man at the place, as provided by law. The complaint alleges hydrocyanic hydro-cyanic acid gas was used la the fumigating.
