Show MissTefrell To Wed Friday One of the most interesting nuptial nup-tial events of the season will take place Friday at 11 a. m. when Miss Mary Elizabeth Terrell, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. W. G. B. Terrell, becomes the bride of Thomas Benton Ben-ton Hunter III, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Benton Hunter of San Francisco. The ceremony will take place in the garden of the Terrell home in Cottonwood ajid Dr. Herbert Her-bert W. Reherd. president of Westminster West-minster college, will officiate in the presence of relatives and a few close friends of the popular young couple. A wedding breakfast will follow the ceremony. Miss Elsie Terrell will be maid of honor for her sister and Hale Hunter, Hun-ter, brother of the bridegroom, will be best man. Little Anne Walker Shaw and Brent Walker Shaw, cousins of the bride, will be flower girls. An attractively arranged supper party was given Wednesday evening eve-ning by Mr. and Mrs. George Raymond Ray-mond Walker in honor of their niece. Miss Terrell, and Mr. Hunter. Hun-ter. The affair was given at the Walker home In Cottonwood and white garden flowers decorated the serving table, which was lighted with pure white candles In silver holders. Guests at the affair were members of the two families. Thursday evening Dr. and Mrs. Terrell will entertain with a buffet supper at their home for the young couple. Only members of the families fam-ilies will attend the party. |
