OCR Text	Show German to Debate Again With Jacobs NEW YORK, Aug. 19 lfy Max Schmeling is back in town to start another instalment of his hunt for the heavyweight championship of the world. The big German completed his fifth transatlantic trip within little more than a year yesterday, and immediately tod newspaper men the not-too-startling news thit he considers Tommy Fsrr a pushover for Joe Louis. Sometime today, Schmeling will talk with Mike Jacobs concerning a bout with Louis. Jacobs is willing to put on a bout between the Farr-Louis winner either in New York or Philadelphia, but he wants Schmeling to take 20 per cent of the gate and sign under his banner for two years. Max wants 30 per cent and says he has no intention of giving Jacobs an exclusive option on his services.
