Notice is hereby given that Twenty-four (24) parcels of land totaling total-ing 7,787.95 acres within the Big Flat No. 1, Bitter Creek-Red Wash, Book Cliffs, Greater Cisco Area, Greater East Gusher, Greater San Arroyo-Bar X, Hatch, Horseshoe Bend and Twelve Mile Wash areas in Duchesne, Grand, San Juan and Uintah Counties, Coun-ties, Utah, are offered for oil and gas leasing through sealed bids to the qualified bidder of the highest cash amount per acre. The offering will be held at 10 a.m. MDT, August 18, 1981 in the 13th Floor Conference Room of the University Club Building. At that time the sealed bids will be opened and read. Sealed bids may not be modified or withdrawn unless such modification or withdrawal is received before the date, time and place set for opening of bids.
