Malia, Utah State Bank Commissioner, praying for an order of the above entitled court approving ap-proving negotiations and agreements agree-ments heretofore made between hira , and the Reconstruction Financt Corporation, and for an order authorizing au-thorizing and directing him to take necessary steps to complete a loan from the said Reconstruction Finance Fi-nance Corporation to be secured by all the assets of the Bank of American Amer-ican Fork, will come on for hearing before the above entitled court at its Courtroom in Provo, Utah, on the 26th day of February, 1935, at 10 o'clock A M., at which hearing any stockholder, depositors, or other creditor of said bank shall have the right to appear and be heard thereon.
