Show j Ten Years Ago I Now j -.... (Taken from files of Feb. 7, 1925) The Old Folks of Pleasant Grove three wards will be royally entertained enter-tained next Thursday, February 12. The program of the day includes a short morning program, dinner at noon, an afternoon program and a picture show at night. Ten Years Ago Now At a meeting of the dairymen of Pleasant Grove and Manila farm bureau locals it was decided to incorporate in-corporate a daiiy association unit. Officers selected were L. M. Atwood, At-wood, president; Lewis Peterson, vice-president; L. P. Harvey, sect-treas.; sect-treas.; Dan Adams and Reed Warnick, War-nick, directors. Ten Years Ago Now The three wards of Pleasant Grove joined in a home coming Sunday Sun-day night in honor of Russell Swenson Swen-son and Emmett Hayes, recently returned from missions in Germany. Ten Years Ago Now Mr. and Mrs. Lenard Miller are receiving re-ceiving congratulations over the arrival ar-rival of a baby girl, bom Friday. Ten Years Ago Now Elder Theron Whitely, who was called home because of the illness and death of his mother, left for his mission field again Wednesday. Ten Years Ago Now Miss Anna Fugal celebrated her sixth birthday Wednesday by having hav-ing eighteen friends as guests at a party. |
