The scoutmasters scout-masters and their assistants of the local troops have planned a week's program which includes some special activity each day. Ten Years Ago Now . Wednesday in the Salt Lake temple, tem-ple, Miss Helen McClecry was united in marriage to Dr. Myron L. Cran-dall Cran-dall of Springville. A reception was held that night at the home of the bride. Ten Years Ago Now Chipman Mercantile Co. held their annual stockholders meeting Tuesday Tues-day at which time they declared a dividend of eight per cent to all stockholders. Ten Years Ago Now Mr. and Mrs. George F. Shelley received word from their son Frank who for the past two years has been in the Eastern States Mission, saying say-ing he had been released and soon would be home. Ten Years Ago Now Miss Genevieve .Stewart, a bride of this month, was the honor guest at a shower given Saturday night by Misses Thelma Bolcy and Florence Flor-ence Duncan at the Boley home. Miss Geniel Grant was pleasantly surprised at her home Tuesday night by the members of her Mutual class, it being her 15th birthday. Ten Years Ago Now The stork visited several homes here during the week. Mr. and Mrs. Donald Chipman became the happy parents of a baby girl; Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Chipman are rejoicing over the arrival of a baby boy, bom Jan. 29th, Thursday, and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Abel have a baby daughter, born Monday night. |
