P. G. Plays Lehi Close Game The game at Lehi last Friday aroused school spirit and stirred the basketball followers enthusiasm, when P- G. came so close to tipping Lehi over. At the first quarter of the game Lehi was leading by a score of 9-5, but at the half the score was 16-14 for P. G- At the third quarter 'the score was still in our favor 22-19, and as the final gun sounded the score was tied at 24-24. As the whistle blew for the be-ginriing be-ginriing of the extra period, Roberts, Rob-erts, Lehi's stellar guard, slipped down the floor for a basket, not only did he make this basket, but two more in succession, all within forty-five seconds. At the final gun Warburton spread the strings for a basket and the game ended at 32-26. The second half of the league begins be-gins tonight, with P. G. meeting Lincoln on the latters floor. Lincoln Lin-coln will be trying to regain revenge on P- G-, having been defeated by P. G. in the first half and P. G. will be attempting to achieve a higher berth. o
