It is generally recognized in recent years that' the organization of rural communities com-munities lies at the bottom, in a large degree, of the proper development of the community spirit, the community aggregate of wealth , and Influence. Too long have the farmers undertaken Individually to reach individual success, suc-cess, says Greenville (Tex.) Banner. But the day has arrived when It is becoming more clearly demonstrated that the Individuals must band together togeth-er for the uplift of Che community, for the advancement of the whole and therein and thereby the individual becomes be-comes enriched and banded Into an organization vhich makes him a more valuable citizen and greater factor for good for himself and the community.
