Show Deseret Doings Mrs. Lois Ewing, who has been a patient sufferer for more than a year, died Saturday evening even-ing at her fathers residence. She leaves two children, an aged father an mother, also a number of brothers and sisters to mourn her loss. The Stork visited the homes of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Damron and Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Black last week, leaving sons at both places. All concerned doing nicely. Miss Hettle White visited us last Thursday and organized a Home Economic Society, an or ganization very much needed. We trust much good will come from it. Mrs. Virginia Wey is here in the interest of the Franco Hygiene Hy-giene Co. of Chieago. Amasa Alexander, of Los Angeles, An-geles, but formerally a resident of Millard County stopped off last week on his way to Salt Lake. Mr. Alexander thinks this country coun-try is good enough for him. On his return he expects to look around and select him a place. Bishop and Mrs. J. W. Damron Dam-ron left Tuesday of last week for Springville Canyon for an outing and expect to be gone ten days. Miss Ella Robison is a visitor, the guest of her sister Mrs. E. J. Eliason. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Warnick are down from Provo to attend the funeral of Mrs. Warnick's sister, also Mrs. Agnes McCloud of Santaquin, Albert and Alonzo Black of Montana. - |
