The Colombian Colom-bian revolutionists aro said to bo massing In the neighborhood of the isthmus. 'The refugees declare tho situation at Panama and Colon to bo extremely critical, Tho olllcers of the Plata say they were informed while at Colon that several Liberal sympathizers had been Imprisoned at Panama because they violated the order recently Issued by the government and appeared on the streets of that city.
