Show MIA Drama Festival Undergoes Salt Lake Rehearsals The General Drama Committee Commit-tee of the YWMIA YMMIA of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints announced on Wednesday that tickets for the drama festival of the annual M. I. A. June Conference are now available. Two full-length plays will be presented June 13 and 14 In Kingsbury Hall on the Universl-ty Universl-ty of Utah campus in Salt Lake City as the feature of the festival. festi-val. The comedy. "Life with Father," has a cast from members mem-bers of the M I A of the Provo area and is being directed by Albert O. Mitchell, member of the general drama committee. The second production Is an original two-act drama. "Conflict "Con-flict of Job," written and directed direct-ed by Joseph F. Catmull, member mem-ber of the general drama committee com-mittee and Is now In rehearsal In Salt Lake City. "Life with Father" will be presented pre-sented at 5 p. m. on Thursday, the 13th of June at 8:30 p. m.. Friday, the 14th.; "Conflict of Job" will be presented at 8:30 p. m. on Thursday, June 13 and at 5 p. m. Friday the 14th. Mo-ana Mo-ana B. Bennett, chalrma of the YWMIA drama committee, said that capacity tickets only will be sold. They are 75 cents for adults and 25 cents for children and may now be purchased by sending check or money order and self-addressed envelope to M I A. 40 or 50 North Main, Salt Lake City, Utah. |
