Show I High School Student Wins $200 Scholarship Conway M. LeBaron, Cedar City high school student, was one of 13 Utah high school seniors to win a $200 Sears-Roebuck Foundation Found-ation Scholarship to study agriculture agri-culture at Utah State Agricultural Agricul-tural College, it was announced this week. Conway is a son of Mr. and Mrs. George V LeBaron of Cedar City. He has been In FFA work for four years, has served as a member of the soil and poultry judging teams and has taken all the science classes he could register for at the Cedar City school. Theron W. Randall, Enterprise, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wlllard Ran-dal, Ran-dal, also was one of the scholarship scholar-ship winners. He has been active In FFA work and has served as student body president. The awards were announced by Rulon Rasmussen, manager of the Logan Sears-Roebuck store, and J. Howard Maughan. assistant to the dean of agriculture agricul-ture at USU. |
