Show Cedar City Miss Wins Teen-age Road-e-o , Miss Judy Leonard, daughter' of Mrs. Virginia Leonard of Cedar Ce-dar City, wai declared the winner win-ner In the Teen-age Road-e-o sponsored by the Cedar City Junior Jun-ior Chamber of Commerce. Winning second place In the combination written and driving skills test, was Leon Matheson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alva Matheson, Mathe-son, and Steven White, son of Mrs. Wilson Lunt, placed third. Written examination was given giv-en to high school students con-1 cernlng laws and regulations of the highway and Saturday 10 participants performed a driving skills test on the parking lot of the College of Southern Utah fieldhouse as the final phase of the program, according to Richard Rich-ard Barnes, chairman. On the basis of a combination score of the two examinations the winners were declared. In addition to winning local prizes Miss Leonard and Matheson Math-eson will now advance to the state Teen-age Road-e-o contest to be held in Salt Lake City on Saturday, May 21, for similar contests against winners in the' other sections of the state. State winners will advance to the national finals and will receive re-ceive an expense-paid trip to Washington, D.
