Bud Bowman Named To Serve As Cedar Jaycee Head Bud Bowman, oil distributor In Cedar City, was named president of the Junior Chamber of Commerce Com-merce In an election held at Cor-ry's Cor-ry's Dinette last Thursday evening. eve-ning. Board members were elected early by the Jaycees on a postcard post-card ballot and officers of the board were elected at the membership mem-bership meeting, according to outgoing president R. L. Gardner. Elected to serve with Mr. Bowman Bow-man during the 1960-61 year were first vice president Jay Shakespeare; second vice president presi-dent J. C "Abe" Haycock. To serve as treasurer will be Her-ma Her-ma i r.dcroii with Mr. Gardner to become state director for the Cedar City Jaycees. Position of secretary Is appointive. ap-pointive. Completing the board are Gayle Adams, Miles Watters and Ken Knight Newly elected officers will take over the administration of the club on June 1 and an installation in-stallation banquet will be held shortly after that date, it Is understood. un-derstood.
