Show Native of Cedar City Dies in Provo, Services Conducted Funeral servla i were conducted conduct-ed Friday afternoon in the Cedar Second Waid chapel for Caroline Jones Johnston, 70, who died on Tuesday in Provo. Burial was In the Cedar City cemetery. Mrs. Johnston was born in Cedar Ce-dar City on Jan. 16, 1890, a daughter of William T. and Caroline Caro-line Keturah Arthur Jones. She married Rolce Johnson in 1945 in Wyoming, who preceded her in death. She was a graduate of the University Uni-versity of Utah, majoring in foods and served as a dietition In hospitals for many years. She moved from Wyoming to Provo seven years ago. Survivors Include a son, Bruce Johnston; a brother, W. Arthur Jones. Cedar City, and two sisters, sis-ters, Mrs. Sarah Crosby, Provo, and Mrs. Effle J. Hooper, Hooper, Utah. |
