Show KAHARRAVILLE NEWS Mrs. Carina Williams Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Reeves were business vicitors in Parowan and Paragonah Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Cloyd Berry of Heber, Utah, spent a few days in town with Mr. and Mrs. James Lovell and visiting friends. Mrs. Dauna Isom, dance director direct-or for the MIA, and eight MIA girls participated in the dance festival at the Dixie Sun Bowl Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Willard Williams attended the wedding in Cedar City Friday, May 21, for Bonnie Jean Riddle and Charles R. Hutchins. Mrs. Velma Peterson of Boulder Bould-er City, Nevada, is here spending spend-ing a week with her mother, Mrs. Francis Williams. Mr. and Mrs. Dewayne Lovell and son Raymond Todd of Garden Gar-den Grove, Calif., are here spending spend-ing a few days with their parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. James Ixvell. Mr. and Mrs. Perry Ocal Williams Wil-liams and daughters, Kathy and Laura Ellen, spent Sunday visiting visit-ing relatives and friends here and In Cedar City. Roma Wood and Hettie Pollock of Las Vegas visited here with Mr. and Mrs. Ross Williams, then traveled on to Provo to get Ro ma's daughter, Sharla, who will be at out of school Friday. She is attending BYU. Mrs. Jennie Williams and Ar-villa Ar-villa Woodbury visited in Hurricane Hur-ricane and Cedar City Sunday. Mrs. James H. Cornelius is spending a week in Jacob's Lake, Ariz., with her sister and hus-bp.'d. hus-bp.'d. While the.e she will visit her daughter Leslie, who is working work-ing at Grand Canyon. Mrs. Frances Williams, Velma Peterson and Carma Williams spent Monday in Cedar City helping Mrs. LaDene Walker celebrate her birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Williams are in Sun Valley and Oxnard, Calif., visiting Mrs. William's mother, brother and sister. Steven Olds, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Olds, participated in the State High School Rodeo in Hurricane Friday and Saturday. Visiting Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Christensen and family lor a week is Mrs. Christensen's mother, mo-ther, Mrs. Bertha Ramsey of Glendale, Utah. The Trail Riders association had a very successful ride Saturday Sat-urday into the Zion Park area. Mr. and Mrs. Ree Williams and daughter Vicki have moved . to Elko, Nevada, where Reed hasj employment. Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Christensen Chris-tensen and three of their children, chil-dren, Pamela, Cornel and Stewart, Ste-wart, traveled to Las Vegas Saturday Sat-urday on business. Mr. and Mrs. George Washington Washing-ton Hunter of Cedar City spent the afternoon visiting with Mr. eii.i Mrs. George Munford and family. fa-mily. Brent and Shirley Talbot and children Mitzie, Jamie and Natalie Nata-lie of St. George were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Preston Williams. Miss Mary Buer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bauer; Dana Lynn Williams, daughter of Mr. I and Mrs. Kennetli Williams; Russell Rus-sell Davis, son of Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Davis, and Randall Dixk-stader, Dixk-stader, grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Reeves, were among the graduates from three-years of LDS Seminary. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Hastings and granddaughter, Sharon, of Las Vegas were Sunday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth W.lliams. Miss Deborah Williams, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Williams; Meredith Munford, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Mun ford; Bruce Reeves, son or Mr. Waldo Reeves, were among the students completing Jr. High. Mr. and Mrs. Vergene Davis and son Paul have moved to Wells, Nevada, where Vergene is mechanic for Stout Construction. Mrs. Vanona Esplin and Re-mola Re-mola Williams attended the CSU Water Exhibition at the new CSU Swimming pool last Friday. Re- mola's daughter, Joan Smith, was one of the participants. Verde Williams of Wells, Nev., and sons Kyle and Kelly were Satr day and Sunday visitors with Barbara Williams. Rudgar Fife and son Dick visited vi-sited for a short time with Dick's grandmother, Hannah Davis. Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Walker and daughter Suzanne spent Saturday Sat-urday with their mother, Frances Williams. |
