Show NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE DIXIE NATIONAL FOREST, RANCH CREEK UNIT, located within T. 33 S., R. 1 W., and R. 2 W., Salt Lake Base and Meridian. SEALED bids will be received by the Forest Supervisor, Forest Service Building, Cedar City, Utah, at 11 a. m., M.S.T., June 28, 1965, for an estimated 1315 M board feet of timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. The minimum acceptable bid per M board feet is: Ponderosa pine $3.08, Douglas fir $2.08, and uriitjiTiaiiii spi tiicr - siipiiie ill $2.08. Rates shown include 0.08 per M board feet all species for slash disposal. The bid rates will be subject to adjustrrent during the period of the sale as provided for by the quarterly adjustment provisions of the timber sale contract. In addition, there is within the snle area an unestimated volume of all species older dead (unsound (un-sound sapwood) sawtimber which will be paid for at a flat rate of $1.00 per M board feet.
