Show NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE DIXIE NATIONAL FOREST, SOUTH CREEK UNIT, located within T. 34 S. and T. 35 S., R. 1 W.; and T. 34 S., R. 2 W., Salt Lake Base and Meridian. SEALED SEAL-ED bids will be received by the Forest Supervisor, Forest Service Building, Cedar City, Utah at 9:00 a. m., M.S.T., June 28, 1965, for an estimated 2975 M. board feet of timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. The minimum acceptable bid per M board feet Is: Ponderosa pine-Limber pine $3.11, Douglas fir $2.11, and Engelmann spruce-Apine spruce-Apine fir $2.11. Rates shown include in-clude $0.11 per M board feet all species for slash disposal. The bid rates will be subject to adjustment ad-justment during the period of sale as provided for by the quarterly quar-terly adjustment provisions of the timber sale contract. In addition, there is within the sale area an unestimated volume of all species older dead (unsound (un-sound sapwood) sawtimber which will be paid for at a flat rate of $1.00 per M board feet. Minimum deposit with bid, $300.00. The right to reject any and a;i bids is reserved.
