Show ; KANARRAVELE NEWS NOTES Mra. Hannah Darts Mr. and Mrs. Preston Williams and Colleen Williams and family fam-ily spent the week end In Las Vegas. Preston attended the championship fight there Saturday Satur-day evening. President Frank Day held a fireside at the Church Sunday evening for memliers of the Eiders Ei-ders Quorum and -heir wives. He was acci mpanied by his wife. Light refreshments were served. Norma Houser and boys of Phoenix, Ariz., spent a few days here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Waldo Reeves. Mrs. I Reeves has been bedfast for some time. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Christensen of Las Vegas visited here with relatives. Speaker in Sacrament meeting Sunday was Orville Isom of Ce-, dar City. Mrs. Isom and daughter Harriet sang a duet and Shar-linda Shar-linda Munford, small daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Munford, sang a solo, accompanied by Beth Leigh of Cedar City. Hazel Davis is spending a few days in Santa Clara at the home of relatives. Amanda Williams spent one day last week In Cedar City with her granddaughter, the Clyde Hunt fami!y. Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Christensen Christen-sen were business visitors in St. George last week. Marva Prince and boys. El win and Gary, of New Harmony spent Monday with her mother, Hannah Han-nah Davis. |
