Show NOTICE TO WATER USEES The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer Engin-eer to change or appropriate water wa-ter in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless un-less otherwise designated. All lo-cations lo-cations are from SLB & M. To Change: a-2897 - William M. Matthews, Cedar City, Utah proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 1 sec.-ft. of water, evidenced by Application No. 14024-a, as amended by Change Application No. a-2516. The water wa-ter was to have been diverted from a well at a point N. 40 ft. and E. 1350 ft. from W 4 Cor. Sec. 12, T35S, R17W and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 40 acres' in ENWVi said Sec. 12. Hereafter, 1 sec.-ft. of water will be diverted from a 14-in. well 158 ft. deep at a point N. 40 ft. and E. 1355 ft. from Wi Cor. Sec. 12, T35S, R17W, and used as a suppjemental supply from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 73 acres in ENWV1 said Sec. 12 and as a full supply on 10 acres in NE'i-SW14 NE'i-SW14 said Sec. 12. a -2920 - I. M. Matson, Beryl, Utah proposes to change the place of use of 2 sec.-ft. of water, evidenced by Application No. 16863-a, as amended by Change Applications Nos. a-2200 and a-2441. a-2441. The water was to have been diverted from a well at a point N. 156 ft. and E. 438 ft. from W4 Cor. Sec. 28, T34S, R16W and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 15 to irrigate 60 acres in EViNWJi said Sec. 28. Hereafter, 2 sec.-ft. of water will be diverted from a 16-in. well 132 ft. deep at the same point as heretofore and used dur-ing dur-ing the same period to irrigate the same land which is actually Jocated in the WNWVi said Sec. 28. |
