Show KAI1ARRAV1LLE I1EVS Hannah Davis Rosie Graff and Bobbie Furr from the Air Force Base at Waco, Texas, visited here and in Cedar City with relatives and friends. They returned to their base Sunday. Sun-day. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Christensen and children were week end visitors visit-ors here from Henderson, Nev. Mrs. Fern Pollock and children have returned to their home in Tooele after visiting here for several days with her father-in-law, Sam L. Pollock. Miss Barbara Williams, who is teaching school in St. George, spent the week end here with her mother, Mrs. Fthna Ford. Visitors here with relatives were Mr. and Mrs. Kumen Williams Wil-liams of St. George and Mrs. Julia Wilkinson of Cedar City. Several of our townspeople attended at-tended the wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Hal Torgerson at New Harmony Har-mony Saturday evening. Mrs. Torgerson is the former Dorothy Prince and a granddaughter of Mrs. Amanda Williams. Mr. and Mrs. Louis' Rowe of Las Vegas visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Davis. Norma and Larry Reeves were week end visitors in Ely, Nev., with their brother and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Reeves. i Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Williams and daughter Deanna of Henderson, Hender-son, Nev., and Perry O. Williams and daughter Kathy of North Las Vegas were week end visitors here with their mother, Amanda Williams, and attended the wedding wed-ding of their niece Dorothy Prince of New Harmony. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Larson of Cedar Ce-dar City were the speakers In Sacrament meeting Sunday. Their son Leo played a piano solo and Jack Christensen played a harmonica har-monica solo. Mrs. Nedra Ence gave a brida.1 shower last, week at the home of Mrs. Ethna Ford for her sister Marilyn Roundy of Provo. Miss Roundy Is flying to Germany to be married in the Bern, Switzerland Switzer-land LDS Temple the latter part of September to Rao Lindsey of Idaho, who is serving with the U. S. Army In Germany. |
