OCR Text	Show Indecent Assault Case to Go To District Court Garth Barton was brought before be-fore the Precinct Justice Court in Cedar City last Friday for a hearing hear-ing on a charge of indecent assault as-sault and was bound over to the District Court for trial. Bail was set at $2,250. The charge was established against him in connection with an accusation that he had entered en-tered a home where two 13-year-old girls were sitting . with younger children and made an indecent assault against them. lie will come before the district dis-trict court for trial at the next session of the court at Parowan.
