Show NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION PUBLIC SALE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR, Bureau of Land Management, Land and Survey Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, April 2, 1954. Under provisions of section 2455, R. S., as amended by section sec-tion 14 of the Act of June 28, 1934 (48 Stat., 1274; 43 U. S. C. 1171), and pursuant lo the application appli-cation of Columbia Iron Mining Company, Salt Lake City, Utah, Serial No. U 08708, there will be offered to the highest bidder, but at not less than $3.00 per acre, at a public sale to be held at 10 o'clock a. m., on the 1st day of June, 1954 next, at this office, the following tracts of land: Tract 1. Lot 5, Sec. 1, T 36 S., R 13 W., S.L.M. 1.78 acres. Tract 2, Lot 13, Sec. 35, T 36 S., R 14 W. S.L.M..1 0.13 acres. Lots 14, 15, 16, 17, T 36 S., P.. 14 W., S. L. M., 79.62 acres. Each tract will be sold as a whole unit, but no part of any tract will be sold separately. Bids may be made by the principal prin-cipal or his agent, either personally person-ally at the sale or by mail. Bids sent by mail will be considered con-sidered only if received at this office prior to the hour fixed for the sale. Bids must be in sealed envelopes accompanied by certified certi-fied checks or post-office money orders made payable to the Treasurer of the United States for I the amounts of the bids. The envelopes en-velopes must be marked in the I lower left-hand corner "Public Sale Bid. Serial No. U 08708, Sale, 10 a. m June 1, 1954." The highest bidder will be required re-quired to pay immediately the amount thereof. Any adverse claimants of the above-described land should file their claims, or objections, on or before the time designated for sale. The Bureau of Land Management Man-agement has not searched the records of Iron County to ascertain ascer-tain the existence of an adverse claim.
