Swenson, husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded June 13, 1984 as Entry En-try No. 674855, in Book 994, at Page 293, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in-debtedness in favor of ICA Mortgage Corporation, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded March Mar-ch 20, 1990, as Entry No. 0885715, in Book 1341, at Page 1016, of said official offi-cial records.
