Show . Hazel L Woolley BOUNTIFUL Hazel Lee Woolley, 101 -year-old mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away June 27 , 1 990 of 1909. He died 1966. Active member of LDS Church and enjoyed many years as a visiting teacher. Survived by Joyce and Hugh Wiley, Moraga, Calif.; Don and Julie Smith, Bountiful; Gordon and Sue Woolley, Riverside, Calif.; 21 grandchildren, grand-children, 44 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. Preceded in death by daughters, Idalee Keller and Larona Hansen. Funeral services were held Saturday, Satur-day, June 30, at the Bountiful 20th Ward with interment in the Centerville Center-ville City Cemetery.
