Show Safety council predicts deaths Six people may die in Utah : traffic accidents over the Fourth of , July, according to Utah Safety Council estimates. Five more may ' die in the course of July 24th : celebrations. To avoid accidents, the Council urges motorists to follow safe driv- ' ing tips: Fasten safety belts and place children in safety seats, no matter ' how short the drive. If you plan to drive, do not drink ; alcohol. Be on the lookout for . drivers who are intoxicated.
