Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, on the North steps of the Davis County Courthouse, 28 East State, Farmington, Utah, on Wednesday, August 1, 1990 at 10:00 a.m. of said day for the purpsoe of foreclosing a Trust Deed with Assignment of Rents dated April 9th, 1 973, given by BRUCE LYNN STRONG and JANICE D. STRONG, his wife, as Trustors, wherein JAX H. PETTEY, Attorney at Law, is named as Successor Trustee, and HOME BENEFIT SAVINGS AND LOAN, is the Beneficiary, and which covers the following described real property situated in Davis County, State of Utah, to-wit: All of Lot 3, Block 1, LAYTON PARK SUBDIVISION, SUBDIVI-SION, a subdivision of part of Section 1 , Township 4 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, Meri-dian, in the City of Clearfield, according to the official plat thereof. Property Address: 105 Ross Drive, West Point, Utah Present Owner Brian E. Mason and Donna J. Mason and Richard Royce Said Trust Deed was recorded April 23, 1973, as Entry No. 379404 in Book 514 at Page 483, et seq. in the office of the Davis County Recorder, State of Utah. The beneficial interest under the Trust Deed was subsequently assigned to FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE MOR-TGAGE ASSOCIATION by an Assignment of Trust Deed dated May 24, 1973 and recorded May 25, 1973 as Entry No. 380777 in Book 516 at Page 692 in the office of the Davis County Recorder, State of Utah. Notice of Default pertaining to said Trust Deed was recorded March 28, 1990 as Entry No. 886464 in Book 1343 at Page 1 14 in the office of the Davis County Recorder, State of Utah.
