Show Summer in Brian Head cont from page 16 Ronald Ferderer of Brian Head Condominium was formerly 30 years in the hotel business, 12 of these with the Hyatt Hotels. The eight years before coming to Brian Head he owned a wholesale tour and travel business in Las Vegas. His purchase of a mountain cabin in Brian Head in 1976 sparked his interest in settling there. He is owner of the Brian Head Management Services which manages and promotes condominiums. Brianwood, Giant Steps and The Mall are his clients. Marketer of these properties is Heart Realty of Cedar City. The firm specializes in mass marketing of major Southern Utah commercial and residential projects. It is affiliated with an international in-ternational time-sharing exchange group. President is Barry Church and manager is Randy Clark. Church developed the Tahoe-Donner project in California for Dart Industries. In-dustries. It consists of 6,000 lots near Truckee, plus a golf course, ski hill, private beach and a marina. He was a pioneer of Brian Head, beginning as a ski patrolman in 1970. During summers he worked with the original condominium developer . Terry Martin. He says his company has a $30 million inventory of projects in Brian Head alone. There is much activity at Chalet Village. Workman are Refurbishing the condominiums and adding a new office building and lobby. Electronic technicians are also installing the reception disc and other appurtenances for a new "state of the art" pay cable television system in the condos. This system will provide channel and satellite color TV as well as activation for burglar and fire detection alarms for the company's customers. It should be in operation by August and is already found in Chalet Village. Other improvements to the village in the near future will include a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, women's saunas and landscaping. Recently added to the complex have been a mini-theatre and . recreation room.including electronic games and pool tables.
