Plaintiffs are seeking to have the following line determined to be the boundary between bet-ween the properties: Beginning at a point which is North 4375.010 feet and West 7871.407 feet and North 00 deg 34'59" East 288.253 feet from the Southeast corner of Section 30, Township 36 South, Range 8 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; thence South 00 deg 34'59" West 642.446 feet; South 01 deg 15"02" West 676.819 feet; South 01 deg 52'15" West 560.507 feet; South 03 deg 08'59" West 331.895 feet; South 01 deg 33'0f ' East 423.554 feet.
