Show Enoch By VEDA MATHESON Record Correspondent Mrs. Kathy Albrecht and two children spent most of last week visiting here with Mr. and Mrs. Jack Pace and other family members. Mrs. Amanda Pace and daughter1, Helen, were in Salt Lake the first of last week, and Kathy and children came home with them. Robert Albrecht came on Saturday, and they returned home. Mrs. Beth Grimshaw returned home early Monday morning after spending two weeks in Denver, Colo, where she visited with her mother, Mrs. Clara Smith. Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Matheson were in Parowan on Friday and Saturday to visit ( with Vv. r. vw. r. Veda's brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Sherwin Taylor who were here from Lander, Wyom., to see their parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. Waldo Taylor. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Halterman visited here with Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Matheson and Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Matheson and other friends and relatives. Mrs. Ina Richardson and daughter, Mrs. Florene Sherratt, and son, Kenneth Richardson, made a trip to Arizona for a Richardson Family reunion. Mr. and Mrs. Keith Maxwell and family were in St. george during the school holiday. They camped overnight and then visited with Keith's family members. Mr. and Mrs. Gerry Maxwell and their family visited there also on Saturday. Mrs. Mildred Maxwell spent part of last week in St. George. . . -V XT. S S. The Lions Club sponsored spon-sored an Easter egg hunt on the church park on Saturday, and a large crowd of children attended at-tended in spite of the rain. Prizes were given. A pair of rollerskates was won by Pat Heyborne of Cedar City, and a bicycle was won by Tony Gubler of Kanarraville. Dr. and Mrs. Rick Bagley and children spent the holiday weekend in Richfield with family members. Mr. and Mrs. Andy Layton enjoyed a visit from their daughter, Mrs. Barbara Ayres, and granddaughter, Laura Romarez, of San Francisco, Fran-cisco, Calif. Elder Johnny Stankosky arrived home last week from an LDS mission. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Stankosky. Mr. and Mrs. Art Salas enjoyed a visit from their son, Andy, of California and his friend. Josie |
