Show To play or not to play. . . The Southern Utah State golf team may or may not meet Cal State Riverside Friday and Saturday at Bloomington Hills. "We had the meet scheduled all along, but now there are some questions about whether or not Riverside will be able to make the trip," Tom Kingsford, SUSC coach, indicates. Following the questionable date with Cal State Riverside, SUSC will move to the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference meet May 1-2 at Grand Junction, Colorado, and the NAIA District Seven meet May 8-9 at Phoenix, Arizona. "We played well in one meet last week in California, and then we had our scores balloon the next day in a second meet," Kingsford reports; ' The Thunderbirds won a four-team tournament early last week at Thousand Oaks, California. |
