Show Driving course to begin July 22 A driver education course for adults and out-of-school youth will begin Thursday, July 22, at 7:30 p.m. in Room 16 of Uintah High School, according to Rhoda T. DeVed, Director of Community Services for the Uintah School District. Ed Johnson will be the instructor. Registration will be held at the first class session. Those who are sixteen or older are eligible providing they are not students in the regular school program. Adults who are eighteen or older will be enrolling for eighteen hours of classroom instruction, six hours of observation and six hours of driving in the driver education car with the instructor. This will be nine weeks plus time in the car. Those between sixteen and eighteen will be enrolling for thirty hours of classroom instruction plus the twelve hours in the car.
