K-105-3 BEFORE THE DIVISION DIVI-SION OF OIL, GAS AND MINING DEPARTMENT DEPART-MENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES in and for the STATE OF UTAH IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF COSEKA RESOURCES (US.A.) LIMITED FOR A RESERVOIR STATUS DETERMINATION PURSUANT TO SECTION SEC-TION 102 (c) OF THE NATURAL GAS POLICY ACT OF 1978. THE STATE OF UTAH TO ALL OPERATORS, TAKERS OF PRODUCTION, PRODUC-TION, MINERAL AND ROYALTY OWNERS, AND PARTICULARLY ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN-TERESTED IN THE DISTRIBUTION AND SALE OF NATURAL GAS IN THE MAIN CANYON CA-NYON UNIT, UINTAH COUNTY, UTAH. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Division of Oil, Gas and Mining, State of Utah, will conduct con-duct a hearing on Monday, Mon-day, August, 18, 1980, at 10:00 a.m., in the Division's Divi-sion's Offices, 1588 West North Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah, in the above entitled matter at which time all persons, firms and corporations interested in-terested may, if they so desire, appear and be heard. Said hearing will be conducted as authorized under the provisions of Section 40-6, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended, the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978 (Public Law 95-621) and the Rules and Regulations Regula-tions adopted thereunder. Notice is further given that the purpose of said hearing will be to determine deter-mine whether or not Well No. Main Canyon Unit 3-16, located in Section 16, Township 15, South, Range 23 East, SLBM, Uintah County, Utah, should be designated under Section 102, NGPA 1978, as a New Onshore Well (2.5 mile rule).
