ROBIN MERRILL became the bride of Craig Massey on July 5, 1980 in a double ring ceremony performed in the Maeser Stake Center. Craig and Robin took their wedding trip to Palm Springs, Spr-ings, California. They now plan to make their home in Vernal. Craig and Robin were , joined in marriage by Bishop Garth , Wood at the Maeser Stake Center in a jfeuble ring ceremony. , 1 1 A rehearsal dinner was held at the rjwneof Bud Massey, and was prepared . A reception as held for the newly married couple m July 5, following the wedding , Memony. , The bride's dress was a floor length I gown of white lace with a high collar. ir;The round lace yoke was accented by a Jude lace ruffle with narrow white ' fribbon trim. p ,,,( The long sleeves were buttoned at the jU'rist with a lace ruffle accented by ;r "arrow white ribbon. The skirt had wide lace tiers with a long train. ,. Her fingertip veil had three tiers of fusion with lace trim. It was held in j jP'aceby a tiera of pearls and lace, sj She carried a bouquet of white roses 1 I1"! blue carnations and babys breath, il l Attendants of the bride were DiAnn ilSade, Sharlyn Williams, Tona lacnado and Katy Massey. M The attendants wore street length psses of blue flowered voile accented 'th blue ribbon and white lace. M The mother of the bride wore a light Pp; street length dress with a I roses f WhUe carnations and blue I The ' groom's mother wore a light blue 1 street length dress with a corsage i nUe nations and blue roses. u 6room's bestman was David raring. The groom wore a white Wailed tuxedo. The usher and the 3 , bestman work light blue tuxedos. Ushers were Wayne Merrill, Rick Massey and Robert Merrill. Cherubs holding large bouquets of blue, pink, and yellow flowers were used to decorate the hall and serving tables. Donna Merrill arranged the decorations. Janet Hatch and Patricia Yadon were receptionists. Attending the guest book was Pamela Merrill. Gift room attendants included Joleen Montgomery and Jolynn Gilroy. Gift bearers were Michelle Machado, Tina Robbins and Lori Sawyer. The kitchen was tended by Becky Beckstead, Ruth Winn, Wilma Davidson, Louisa Hacking, Kathy Robbins and Carolyn Hardman. After the wedding ceremony a song, "Looking Through the Eyes of Love," was sung by Enola Montgomery and Joy Klag and was accompanied by Prent Klag. The prayer was given by Dwayne Merrill. The four tiered cake was decorated with pink and yellow roses and had a fountain, Grecian pillars inserted between layers and cherubs. Special out-of-town guests were from San Antonio, Texas., Salt Lake City, Rangely, Colo., and Roosevelt. A personal shower hosted by Pat Yadon and Tona Machado at the home of Pat Yadon was given the bride on June 17. A pantry shower was given by Elaine Massey and Mary Karren. A kitchen shower was given by Mary Hall and Sharlynn Williams at the home of Mary Hall. Craig and Robin enjoyed a wedding trip to Palm Springs, Calif. Robin's going away outfit was a light blue pantsuit with pink and blue trim. They plan to make their home in Vernal. |
