Jill Pope and Fern Baker, Carol Gore, JoAnne Caldwell tied for first place in the Ladies' Sather Golf Tournament, Saturday and Sunday at the Dinaland Golf Course, but the team of Betty Hart. Wilma Lee and Jill Pope won the tournament on the first playoff hole. Jill Pope gained a natural four on the playoff hole on number one and her handicap gave her a score of two in the three lady best ball tourney. Hart-Lee- Pope edged Baker-Gore-Caldwell by one stroke on the playoff hole. The team of Betty Hart, Jill Pope and Wilma Lee posted rounds of 31-29-60, Saturday and 28-29-57, Sunday. The Fern Baker-Carol Gore-JoAnne Caldwell squad posted rounds of 29-29-58. Saturday and 28-31-59. Sunday.
