ALLEN HACKING were honored at a reception June 15 following their wedding at the Ashley Stake Center. McLean -Hacking wed in double-ring ceremony Lesha McLean, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas McLean, became the bride of Allen Hacking, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Hacking on June 15 at the Ashley Stake Center. Bishop Marland Stagg performed the double-ring ceremony before the immediate family and close friends of the couple. A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents at the Diamond "Hills Cafe on June 14: Following the wedding, a reception was held at the Ashley Stake Center. The bride was dressed in a traditional long white wedding gown of white organdy over white satin. The front of the bodice was designed with a V shaped inset decorated with hand appliqued white pearls and outlined with a wide ruffle. It was fashioned with a high neckline and the long puffed full sleeves were gathered to fitted lacy wrist hands. Her full-length veil was edged with lace and trimmed with pearls. She carried a cascading bouquet of white roses, lilies-of-the-valley and greenery. Maid of Honor was Lisa Merkley. Bridesmaids were Sherry lewis, Karinda Magee, Kaylynn Hacking. Joan Hacking. Leslie Lewis and Cynthia Murray. Junior bridesmaid was Rachael Magee: flower girl. Camille Magee and ring bearer, D.J. Lewis. The attendants wore long, pale-blue pale-blue dresses and carried small bouquets of pink, white and blue carnations. car-nations. The mother of the bride was dressed in a long blue gown with a lace cover. The groom's mother chose a long blue print dress with a blue chiffon collar. Bestman was Darrell Hacking, and ushers were Tobin Lee. Tim Reynolds and Mike Dockery. Guests were greeted by Mr. and Mrs. Jim Olivers and Mr. and Mrs. Jim Hardman. Rayma Hunting and Cindy Merrill were at the guest book; Leah Alexander. Ann McNeill, Ilene McLean. Ilene Chivers and Pauline Aguine. gift room: Mitchel Chivers. Scott Hardman. Jerry Hardman and Tony Aguine. gift bearers: Corrine Chivers. Gwen Hardman. Tami and Shnnna McNiel and Traci Aguine. serving and Nancy Merrill. Lori Searle and Diane Rigelow pouring. Earl Alexander gave the opening prayer. Shara Hacking sang before the wedding ceremony and Carol Murray played the piano before and during the wedding. The three tiered wedding cake was decorated with pink and blue flowers with a fountain in the center of the lower layer. Special out-of-town guests were from Murray. Salt Lake City and Payson, I'tah. Rock Springs. Wyoming and Elko. Nevada. A personal shower was hosted by Lisa Merkley and Cindy Merrill, a second personal shower by Lorraine Higgins and Kay Slaugh. a kitchen shower by Debora Chivers, Leah Alexander and Joye Horrocks and a home shower by Karren Hacking. For their wedding trip to Yellowstone and Jackson Hole, the bride chose a three piece maroon colored pants outfit. The couple is at home in Vernal. |
