The city will begin the operation April 1, the mayor and city council coun-cil to appoint employees as may be required for such operation and to fix their compensation, according accord-ing to the ordinance. Also such waste materials as crockery, bottles, bot-tles, tin cans, metal vessels, trimmings trim-mings from lawns and gardens, pasteboard boxes, berry boxes, rags, paper, straw sawdust or ashes.
