Show RUTAH WAR HEROES TO i RECEIVE RECOGHTTIOH Committee Preparing Certificates Cer-tificates for Presentation Presenta-tion to Soldiers. In accordance with the recommendations recommenda-tions made by Governor Bamberger in his last message to the state legislature, and the terms of the law which was passed, Utah officials are preparing1 a certificate which is to be given every man from the state who took part in the war with the armed forces abroad and at home, j Senator KHzaheth If ay ward, James W. j McKinney and Brigadier General Kichard a W. Young have ben appointed a committee com-mittee to f-onsider the form of the state's 5 testimonial. This they now have under !1 consideration. Pren-nt plans indicate fi that the governor will name a day thi.i U fall which will he set apart for a public I demonstration welcome to the returned ( soldiers, sailors and marines, at which ! the certificates will he given to the men entitled to them. .The committee has asked for suggestions sugges-tions as to the form and wording of this certificate.
