Show STAY TOO BRIEF. A delegation of the "solid. Mul-doons' Mul-doons' of American business, the board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce of the United State?, spent the better part of two days in Salt Lake and then resumed their journey to the Pacific coast. The party is making mak-ing 'a brief survey of business ondi-tions ondi-tions in the western cities. But this is only incidental to the trip across the continent. The Chamber of Commerce of tho Tinted States, with a membership member-ship embracing many thousands of business bus-iness men of all kinds, has turned its attention to the big problems confronting confront-ing this country and tho world at large. Important questions nro being studied from every possible angle, and the conclusions con-clusions reached are promptly placed before congress for legislative purposes. In this manner the, chamber is doing an incalculable amount of good. The people peo-ple of Salt Lake regret that tho members mem-bers who visited this city wore unable to stay longer and enjoy mountain hospitality. |
