Show SALVATION ARMY'S FUND IS GROWING More than $1000 was received in the office of-fice of the Salvation army headquarters for the home service campaign yesterday from pledges and new subscriptions, according ac-cording to Captain Edward C. Bacon, state director. Although active solicitations solicita-tions have ceased for the time being, Mr. Bacon reported that funds were coming all the time, with prospects of the entire amount of J73,0e0, Salt Lake's l quota, being raised by the middle of September. Many pledges are being redeemed. re-deemed. J. T. Farrer, state chairman, reported that Provo would complete its quota tomorrow, to-morrow, and would make a final report to the treasurer not later than Monday.
