Show ISSUES STATEMENT ON EM BULLION Kdlfor Trroune: In r-rf-rence to re-port-d rumors toncermntf the Bureka Bullion rn:ne, I have ben aked Ly sto'kholdera of this company and the public generally w:!at X know about t;.e merit.- of the property and to rr.e-ke a H'uitement over my .vlKnature as to same. I have visited the Kureka Bullion mine three times since the reported s'.rlke ot ore. Not being an expert on minlnsf myself, I have takcn with me Keoloiuis and mining min-ing experts In whom I have explicit con-fid--nee and tmy have all been unanimous unani-mous in their opinion that this property would make a mine. My last visit to the property ws on the lbth day ot' July, wnen I found that they t;ad Just completed com-pleted installing their electric equipment, and I had the pleasure of watching this machinery run for at least two hours and they had four or five men working tn and around the mine.- On the 800-foot level I found that there Wrin a drift that wa.s In about fifteen or twenty feet to the east. I took samples of ore myself across the entire fnce of thi drift and it is iny opinion that it was good snipping ore. The drift to the west waa In about fifty or sixty feet, this had from one to three feet of ore the entire length where the ore appeared to be going down. Hero they had started start-ed a winze which was down four or five feet. There was about one foot of good ore on the south side of this winze. I also found stringers of good ore across the entire bottom of this winze whlcn. I should Judge, was about six feet square. I have had an assay of the ore from the Eureka Bullion made, which I paid for myself, which assayed 81.31 ozs. silver. sil-ver. 56 per cent lead and J3.30 gold. This was a picked sample. I wish to state that I am in no way connected with any brokerage firm or with the management of this company nor have I been asked by either of the above to make any statement publicly. The requests have been from the stockholders, stock-holders, who are naturally very much concerned over the various rumors afloat. One rumor especially which has been affecting af-fecting me personally Is that I have been boosting this stock In order to sell my holdings at a high price. I desire to state that I haven't sold ; a single share of this stock since visiting visit-ing the mine, on the contrary I have bought several thousand shares of the stock higher than the present market price. Any broker on the Salt Lake exchange ex-change or any person is welcome to publish pub-lish where I have sold or offered to sell any of my Kureka IUilIlon stock. I purchased pur-chased this stock , after geologists and mining experts, whom I had confidence In, advised me that they believed Eureka Eu-reka Bullion would make a big mine. As to the rumors afloat that the directors direc-tors of this company have not dealt honestly hon-estly with the stockholders in all respects I will say that this should not affect the stockholders into selling; their stock at a loss, as I have been reliably informed that the "blue sky commission" has been asked to make an investigation of their hooks, which will clear up all these matters. mat-ters. After all the investigations and squabble squab-ble s of brokers, etc., the fact remains that every time T visited the Eureka Bui-lion Bui-lion mine . the property showed marked improvement and my advice to all stockholders stock-holders is to go and see the mine as I have done or club together and send down a mining expert, that they may know the facts for themselves. It is not my intention to influence any stockholder to either buy or sell Kureka Bullion, but this is just a statement of facts as I have found them through my investigation.
