Show KOLCHAK WARNED BY ENTENTE POWERS VLADIVOSTOK, Saturday, July 10. (By the Associated I Tess. )- Tho interallied inter-allied railway commission here dispatched a formal pro t est yesterday to tlie Omsk government of Admiral Kolcbak against violations of the interallied agreement regarding re-garding the operation of railways. The communication demands that the Russians Rus-sians live up to the agreement which they signed, if the government expects allied aid. The removal of General Smn-euoff Smn-euoff from the zone whore he can interfere inter-fere with railroad operations also is asked. The violations have chiefly been through the military station commandants, command-ants, who sell tickets, all'ot ears and attempt at-tempt general .supervision of traffic, a duty assigned to the technical board of the American railway commission to Russia, Rus-sia, under the chairmanship of John F.
