Show i CHINA STORM CENTER . OF FUTURE, WU SAYS CHICAGO, July 31. China will be the storm center of international politics poli-tics and commercial activity in the future, fu-ture, according to C. C. Wu, minister of foreign affairs for the southern government govern-ment of China and one of the principal delegates of the Chinese peace commission. com-mission. Mr. Wu spent the day here on his way to the coast. Ho is returning to China from Paris.
