Show UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT for tho district of Utah. In the matter mat-ter of Union Iron Works, bankrupt. No. 4S60 in bankruptcy. Petition for discharge. To the Honorable Tillman D. Johnson, judge of the tlistrict court of the United States for district of Utah; Union Iron "Works of Salt Lake City, in the county of Salt Lake and state of Utah, in said district, respectfully represents that on the 21st day of Augulst, last past, they were duly adjudged bankrupt under the acts of congress relating to bankruptcy; that they have duly surrendered sur-rendered all their property and rights of property, and have fully complied with all requirements of said acts and of the orders of the court touching their bankruptcy. bank-ruptcy. Wherefore thoy pray that they may be decreed by the court to have a full discharge dis-charge from all debts provable against their estate under said bankrupt acts, except ex-cept such debts as are excepted by law from such discharge. ORDER OF NOTICE THEREON. District of Utah. ss. On this 26th day of July, A. D. 1918. on reading the foregoing petition, it is ordered by the court that a hearing be had on the same on the 5th day of September, Sep-tember, A. D. 1918, before said'eourt, at Salt Lake City, in said district, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and that notice thereof be published in The Salt Lake Tribune, a newspaper printed in said district, dis-trict, and that all known creditors and other persons in interest may appear at the said time and place and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered by the court, that the clerk shall send by mail to all known creditors copies of said petition and this order, addressed to them at their places of residence as stated.
